- Analysis bandwidth up to 200 MHz
- SSB phase noise at 10 kHz offset (1 GHz): –114 dBc/Hz
- GUI with multi-touch, SCPI recorder and event based actions
- Options for analog and digital signal analysis, including 5G NR
Fast and simple setup for fast access to measurement results
The R&S®FSV3000 signal and spectrum analyzer performs measurements at the push of a button, uses event based actions for capture and makes script programming simple with a SCPI recorder – for quick setups of complex measurements. Fast measurement speeds for high throughput in production applications are another major advantage.
Ready for 5G and other wireless standards
The R&S®FSV3000 signal and spectrum analyzer is ideal for analyzing wireless communications signals in R&D, system testing, verification and production. With 200 MHz of analysis bandwidth, it can be used to capture two neighboring 5G NR carriers at once. With dedicated options for 5G NR signal analysis, EVM values better than 1% can be achieved for a 100 MHz wide carrier at 28 GHz.
Advanced user interface
Setting up complex measurements in no time is the strength of the R&S®FSV3000 signal and spectrum analyzer.
The R&S®FSV3000 excels with fast access to measurement results thanks to its simple and fast setup.
The R&S®FSV3000 features
- Multitouch display
- SCPI recorder for easy test program development
- Event based actions for debugging rare DUT events
- Smart signal generator control through direct setup access
High-speed analysis
Fast measurement speed for production
Automated component, module and device production requires spectral measurements and signal demodulation. The R&S®FSV3000 signal and spectrum analyzer performs even complex measurement scenarios in a minimum amount of time.
The enhanced computer power option provides a quad core CPU to accelerate digital signal demodulation. It also adds an internal PCIe 3.0 bus system for the fastest possible transfer of measurement data. In cloud based test systems, the optional 10 Gbit/s LAN interface enables fast I/Q data transfer to the network.
