The R&S®SMBV100B has many GNSS options that transform the instrument into a reliable, full-featured GNSS simulator. Advanced simulation capabilities can run realistic and complex yet repeatable GNSS scenarios under controlled conditions.

Wide modulation bandwidth with perfect accuracy
To meet demand for higher modulation bandwidths, the R&S®SMBV100B comes with a high performance baseband. The intelligent internal real-time frequency response correction in the generator enables extremely high amplitude flatness of < 0.3 dB (measured) across the entire bandwidth of 1 GHz.
Perfect for power
Ultra high output power and excellent level accuracy
When equipped with the appropriate options, the R&S®SMBV100B can produce output power of up to +34 dBm (measured at 1 GHz) and the specified level increases to +25 dBm across almost the entire frequency range.
After calibration, the generator must repeatably and precisely set level values for each test sequence. Here, the R&S®SMBV100B delivers top performance with a measured level repeatability of < 0.09 dB.

The R&S®SMBV100B has several GNSS options that transform the instrument into a reliable, full-featured GNSS simulator. Advanced simulation capabilities can run realistic and complex yet repeatable GNSS scenarios under controlled conditions. This includes realistic modeling of GNSS orbits, signal propagation effects and system errors as well as realistic modeling of the user environment.
